You’ll be the person behind the scenes, crafting social media posts that spark excitement, designing emails that inspire action, and keeping our website fresh and engaging. You’ll dive into performance data to see what’s working, brainstorm new ideas to make us stand out, and stay ahead of the latest trends to keep things fresh. At the heart of it all, you’ll be a storyteller, helping us build connections with franchisees, property owners, travelers, and partners alike. Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Assist our email marketing vendor in preparing and sending email campaigns to promote vacation homes, owner propositions and franchise opportunities, plus special offers.
  • Maintain and grow email subscriber lists.
  • Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize email performance.
  • Update and refresh website content, including blogs, and promotional pages.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the website aligns with brand standards and goals.
  • Assist in tracking website analytics to inform content strategy.
  • Write compelling copy for blogs, social posts, ads, and emails that reflect the company’s voice and appeal to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the designer to create visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Support video creation efforts for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Compile insights to help the team refine strategies.
  • Stay updated on competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the owner growth team, franchise team, the local destination managers and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with the design and sales teams for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Research and recommend new tools, platforms, and strategies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Experiment with emerging formats like influencer partnerships or interactive content.
  • Assist in preparing and promoting events, like franchise discovery sessions or partner meetups.
  • Organize marketing assets, maintain calendars, and prepare presentations as needed.
  • Manage digital marketing tools and subscriptions to ensure smooth operations.

 

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.

  • Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
