- →4-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- →Strong excel skills required
- →Experience in One Source tax software Preferred
- →Significant experience with the preparation of various tax returns and some experience with detail review Preferred
- →Achievement oriented and self-motivated.
- →Strong team player willing to step in for others when needed
- →Capability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and accept a significant amount of responsibility.
- →Organized
- →Ability to work independently without close supervision.
- →Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- →Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- →Ability to work effectively with other departments and company personnel.

- →Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or progress towards passing exam preferre
Physical and Environmental RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
