Located in Bristol and just minutes away from the RV/MH Hall of Fame, our Inspection Facility serves as a check point where new units are received from manufacturers to undergo inspection and rigorous testing before continuing on to General RV dealerships. 

The Utility Warranty Technician’s essential duties and responsibilities include short diagnostics, adjustments and repairs on the PDI line. This role will lead on the in-station adjustments, minor repairs, and warranty complaint recording through the Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) production process.

• →RV adjustments, repairs, and recording of RV issues with an iPad
• →Analyze root causes of production-related issues and develop corrective action either individually or collaboratively
• →Document complaints and cause for off-line warranty needs
• →Work with PDI Leads to communicate fails on the PDI Line
• →Serve as a backup Warranty bay technician
• →Earn training in RVTI certifications
• →Learn and understand multiple PDI stations
• →Support the organization as a functional backup to test and inspection roles
• →Provide associate functional/inspection training as needed
