→Supervise all employees to ensure key business performance indicators are met
→Monitor the pulling/packing/shipping of all orders
→Train employees on proper workflow
→Run reports on inventory, shipping status, and reprint queue
→Keep proper inventory levels
→Report and meet with management on shipping activities
→Order all warehouse printing and shipping supplies
→Order all equipment
→Purchase and receive all shipments
→Documentation of packing slip and invoice
→Storage and rotation of inventory
→Perform filling and shipping duties as needed
→Monitor warehouse for compliance and safety guidelines

→3-5 years of order inventory experience and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
→1-3 years of conflict management experience
→ 1-3 years of forklift experience

High School diploma
2-4 years of warehouse supervisor experience
3-5 years of warehouse experience
1-3 years of experience using automated conveyor system with multi-level shipping software

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
