This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. You will travel between retail locations throughout Genesee/Lapeer County, working closely with your merchandising team, store personnel, sales representatives, and delivery teams.

You'll work with and support merchandisers in daily merchandising activities, helping train and coach them on expectations and best practices while ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role that includes stocking and rotating product, handling backstock and deliveries, building displays, and maintaining a professional company image in stores.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a local team, work independently while coordinating with others, and grow your career in the beverage industry.

Requirements

Supervise, train, and coach merchandising staff.
Stock, rotate, and merchandise beverage products in retail locations.
Build displays and ensure proper product placement and freshness.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with many different types of people.
Lift 40+ pounds repeatedly.
Work independently and in a team.
Be reliable and punctual for shifts.
Smartphone required for tracking work hours.
Strong ability to work safely and efficiently.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
