Your role

Fairmat is pioneering the transformation of industries through innovative materials and sustainable solutions. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to manage and execute our marketing operations. This is a highly operational role, where you’ll tackle diverse marketing challenges, drive projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of our marketing strategy.

Operational Marketing Management: Oversee and manage the implementation of marketing initiatives across all channels, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Project Execution: Lead and support various projects, such as email marketing campaigns, event planning, and optimizing marketing processes.

Content & Communication: Supervise and contribute to the creation of content (social media, blogs, newsletters) and communication materials to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns to drive engagement and meet business goals.

Collaboration: Act as the operational link between marketing, communication, and other teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of projects.

Feedback & Improvement: Maintain open communication with the team, provide constructive feedback, and embrace input to optimize marketing strategies.

Examples of Projects You Might Handle:

Coordinating email marketing campaigns to support product launches.

Organizing marketing operations for trade shows and industry events.

Managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of assets for campaigns.

Supporting updates and enhancements to our marketing tools and platforms.

Your profile:

Experience: 5-7 years in operational marketing roles, with a proven track record in project and campaign management.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Direct Communication: Comfortable with clear, direct communication and open to providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Stress Resilience: Handles high-pressure situations and tight deadlines with focus and composure.

Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, project management software, analytics tools).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
