Responsibilities

→Assists a student with special needs by providing academic, behavioral, and personal support.
→Work closely with teachers and specialists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure the student’s success in the classroom.
→Provide direct support to the assigned student in academic and social activities.
→Assist with classroom assignments, adapting materials as needed.
→Monitor and support behavioral goals, using positive reinforcement strategies.
→Help with daily living tasks, such as mobility, hygiene, and transitions.
→Escort the student to different locations (bathroom, cafeteria, therapy sessions).
→Communicate regularly with teachers, therapists, and parents about progress.
→Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
→Understand and demonstrate the company core values.
