Manager - Manufacturing

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Manufacturing team members responsible for Integration System builds. Ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives. Oversee manufacturing performance, resource allocation, and project execution to meet customer and program requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational readiness. Maintain compliance with safety standards and support workforce planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution and business growth.

Manufacturing Operations Leadership

• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve business objectives and customer expectations.
• Establish performance goals and drive accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. 

Production Planning and Execution

• Oversee project schedules, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet system project milestones and customer commitments. 

Financial and Budget Management

• Manage departmental budgets and operational spending.
• Drive cost improvement initiatives while maintaining quality and performance. 

Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence

• Lead process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Promote waste reduction, standardization, and a culture of continuous improvement. 

Leadership Development and Talent Management

• Develop teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development. 

Quality Management

• Ensure system projects meet quality standards and meet customer requirements.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous quality improvement efforts. 

Safety and Compliance

• Maintain a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.
• Lead safety initiatives, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance activities. 

Strategic Planning and Business Growth

• Support long-term operational planning and capacity growth strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend investments in equipment, technology, and infrastructure. 

Customer and Stakeholder Relations

• Serve as a key manufacturing representative for customers and leadership.
• Provide operational updates and collaborate to resolve business challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing supervisors, managers, or multiple production teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and operational performance metrics.

• Master's Degree preferred.
• FAC products, automation systems, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
