As our Dutch & English speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll be answering queries and providing support to our customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and our app. You'll use your excellent communication skills to identify customer needs and help them navigate our features and services. You'll also be responsible for updating our internal databases with feedback about technical issues, feature requests, and other useful information to help us continuously improve our offerings. Not only that, but you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams to help shape the future and follow through on projects.
You are fluent in both Dutch & English,
Available to work at least 24 hours per week, also on weekends,
You've already gained first customer service experience (experience with Zendesk is a plus),
You genuinely enjoy interacting with people, both over the phone and in writing,
You follow processes and, at the same time, proactively share ideas on how to improve them,
You are results-driven and stress resistant.
