FASTSIGNS Kent is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Visual Communication Specialist to join our energetic crew.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll help local businesses with signage projects, prepare estimates, manage orders, and keep projects moving from start to finish. If you enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team and can communicate effectively between customers, graphic designers, production staff, and installers to keep projects on track, you'll fit right in.

This is not a graphic design position.

• Create a positive first impression for walk-in, phone, and email customers

• Prepare estimates, work orders, and project documentation

• Coordinate customer projects from initial inquiry through production

• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service

• Use HubSpot CRM and other software tools to manage customer information and opportunities

• Work closely with our production and installation teams to ensure projects stay on track

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, project coordination, or related experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable learning new software and systems

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once

• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

• Proactive, reliable, and able to anticipate customer and team needs

• Professional, positive, and confident when communicating in person, by phone, and through email
