• →Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently for the highest possible settlement.
• →Supervise case management staff and provide detailed direction on cases.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 3+ years of experience as an attorney practicing personal injury law.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required.
