Increases and maintains community census.

Arranges and conducts on-site tours and off-site visits with prospective residents and their families for the purpose of discovery.

Continuously creates unique and personal follow up for prospects and their families.

Facilitates and assists with the completion of the resident move-in process and completes all necessary paperwork.

3+ years selling experience

Senior living experience strongly preferred but not required

Must possess exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying messages with conviction and confidence

Demonstrates understanding of one- on- one sales strategy an implementation.
