Medical Affairs Manager, RMMH-医学事务经理(生殖孕产治疗领域)

1. Therapeutic area medical advisor team management, such as coaching, talent development, performance management as well as persistent process optimization.

2. Leads a team of Medical Advisor's in order to achieve:

-    medical strategic planning in alignment with brand plan

• Supervises, develops and manages Phase IV studies and IIT to ensure a: the project implementation on track and b:  that proposals are aligned with medical objectives and evidence gap within Ferring locally and globally and in line with integrated brand strategy
• Supervise medical assets generation in alignment with brand strategy
• Lead the medical governance of promotional materials and cross functional projects

3. Provides high quality medical and scientific support/communications to internal and external customers (e.g. advisory board meetings, regional training courses/workshops together with KOL/ROL, support of speakers with presentations and literature research).

4. Maintains high level of scientific and technical expertise in assigned therapeutic areas. Develops and increases knowledge of medical literature. Prepares and presents critical reviews of scientific publication and congresses, internally and externally.

5. Supports Marketing, Sales and Market Access in medical questions as needed.

6. To be the real scientific leader and company thought leader of a group of therapeutic area.

    MD Degree or above /preferably clinical medicine

    Sound clinical experience is highly recommended

    Broad knowledge of general medicine

    Relevant end to end clinical study management experience

    Fluent in English

    Knowledge in planning and execution of scientific events

          Experience on independent planning of medical strategy, experience on new product launches and innovative project planning and execution of  lifecycle management is preferred

          At least 8 years of relevant work experience in medical function coordinating therapeutic area in a multinational company with 3 years management experience.

    Experience in gynecology and obstetrics is preferred

    Strong leadership skills such as goal oriented solution seeking and resilience

    Strong in project management
