Finance Intern

• →Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents, reports, and records
• →Support the processing and monitoring of invoices, reimbursements, and payment requests
• →Help maintain accurate financial data and filing systems
• →Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and financial transactions
• →Support reconciliation and data entry tasks related to finance operations
• →Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related documentation and requirements
• →Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for the Finance team
• →Help ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records and supporting documents
• →Support administrative tasks related to procurement, billing, and vendor coordination
• →Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance team

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Management Accounting, or related field
• Must be eligible for internship/OJT required by the school
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
