Information Technology Intern

• →Assist in providing technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related concerns
• →Help install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• →Support user account creation, password resets, and access management
• →Assist in monitoring and maintaining company systems, devices, and IT inventory
• →Help document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical reports
• →Coordinate with team members regarding IT tickets and technical concerns
• →Perform basic system testing, software updates, and routine maintenance tasks
• →Support the implementation of IT projects and process improvements
• →Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards
• →Perform other administrative and technical tasks assigned by the IT team

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Must be eligible for internship/OJT required by the school
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
