Fi is looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Search & Youtube!

Fi is looking for a Senior Manager who's personally scaled Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube at meaningful spend, knows how to run YouTube as both a reach and a performance channel, and doesn't take platform numbers at face value. You'll build and run campaigns yourself, set the strategy, own performance against acquisition targets, and be the single accountable owner for the channel. Performance marketing sits at the center of our growth, and the decisions made in this seat move real revenue.

Own hands-on execution across the full Google Ads portfolio: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, and YouTube -- campaigns, bidding, budgets, and scaling calls

Drive your channel's contribution to our blended CAC target, partnering with Finance on true unit economics

Own YouTube strategy across the full funnel including reach vs. Demand Gen mix and conversion lift studies

Own the creative brief-to-asset pipeline for search and YouTube

Maintain measurement and signal quality: conversion tagging, enhanced conversions, customer match, and exclusion lists

Build reporting in Northbeam and Databricks and own the weekly performance narrative

Run incrementality tests (lift studies, geo tests) to validate net-new customer acquisition

Lead peak planning for product launches, BFCM, and holiday

6+ years of hands-on Google Ads ownership across Search, PMax, Demand Gen, and YouTube at meaningful spend, ideally at a DTC or subscription brand

A track record of scaling efficiently against CAC or ROAS targets with real examples

Real YouTube experience as both a reach and performance channel, including lift study design

Fluency with enhanced conversions, customer match, Google tag setup, and exclusion management

Comfort interrogating your own numbers -- SQL or BI tool experience is a plus

Bonus: hardware/subscription experience, incrementality testing background, or built a channel from scratch

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000–$250,000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
