Program Coordinator

1. Your role as a program coordinator managing various tasks to support the Technical Program Manager for their daily work . This typically involves ensuring team members can collaborate, work efficiently, and have the necessary tools to meet upcoming deadlines
2. You will be supporting the systemic activities like create the BOM in Arena, be responsible for running the ECO in system, and supporting the TPM for those daily system operations.

You will report to the Sr. manager, Technical Program Management in Feidi.

• →Main focus on the Feidi production program with setting up the BOM, running the ECO for any engineering change, supporting TPM for system operation for larger programs.
• →Assisting TPMs(Technical Program Manager) for daily work, like sanitization, order scheduling, engineering samples shipment, QC and logistic shipment arrangement, handling some simple reorder programs.
• →Coordinating with TPM to run the ECO in system for post-sales change like milestone/cost adjustment and other change.
• →Support TPM team for exception tracking and documentation (kick-off gaps, DFM gaps, waiver etc) with corresponding OTIF linkage where applicable.
• →Support TPM team on the data analysis for business and team management
• →Support some system improvement projects, collect the feedback from the TPMs and follow the improvement progress.
• →Coordinating with TPM team for 
• →Weekly reporting, like traffic light/OT reports/revenue tracking.
• →Documentation support for specific orders/programs.
• →Administrative case.

• Requested Educational Background
  • College degree or above,  Mechanical Engineering, metal processing or Tooling Design & Manufacture or related engineering field is preferred 
  Working Experience 
  • 1-5 years relevant experience, working experience in CNC machining, plastic tooling industry or in OEM, CM for hardware manufacturing is plus
  Technical Capability 
  • Familiar with Microsoft or Google office tools is a must.
  • Have experience on operating the PLM like Arene or ERP system like Netsuite or SAP or so on.
  • English fluency in reading and writing. fluent english speaking is preferred
  •  Program Management skillset or manufacturing background  is preferred.
