This position is responsible for general land and grounds maintenance, primarily mowing and cutting grass around designated properties and work areas.

Responsibilities

→Mow and cut grass using mowing equipment
→Perform weed eating and basic vegetation control
→Maintain property and work areas to keep them clean and well maintained
→Operate lawn/grounds maintenance equipment safely
→Perform basic equipment inspections before use
→Follow all company safety procedures
→Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
→Perform other general land maintenance duties as needed

Requirements

Previous mowing, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
Experience operating lawn mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, and other grounds maintenance equipment preferred
Ability to safely operate and maintain mowing equipment
Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working for extended periods
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow company procedures
Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
