The Role
Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Supporting the CEO by providing a high standard of personal executive level assistance to meet the needs of the CEO’s objectives, including a significant amount of diary management, setting up meetings, hospitality, travel, and visa arrangements worldwide;
- Complying with data protection legislation, manage company files and filing (both electronic and hard copy), archiving or disposal of documents when appropriate;
- Designing and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Carrying out specific projects, research and present findings as required by the CEO;
- Supporting the CEO with the overall responsibilities and working more closely with management;
- Assisting the Company Secretary with preparation of documentation, setting up meetings and diary management in relation to the Board of Directors and Committee Meetings as required.
About You
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in research and/or business development;
- Experience / interest in Banking & Finance, Fintech, Financial Institution or a similar industry would be considered as an asset;
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Management, Finance or in a similar field.
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills;
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills;
- Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English is required; proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
- Honest, trustworthy and reliable;
- Proactive with minimal need for guidance;
- Computer literate with very good MS office skills.
