Role Summary
We are looking for a sharp, highly organized, and proactive Sales Operations & Support Associate to join our NYC team. This is a utility role designed for someone who thrives on variety and wants to be at the center of a fast-moving, global fintech sales organization. You will work closely with the Global Head of Sales and support the broader sales team across a range of high-impact functions.
This is an excellent launchpad for someone looking to build a career in enterprise fintech sales, operations, or business development. You will gain direct exposure to the full sales cycle, strategic accounts, and cross-functional collaboration with London-based Marketing and global leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- RFP Support - Own and manage the end-to-end RFP process: coordinate inputs from across the business, draft and edit responses, maintain a response library, and ensure submissions are polished and on time.
- Outreach & Prospecting - Support the sales team with targeted outreach campaigns, research prospect accounts (asset servicers, asset managers, alternatives), maintain CRM hygiene, and help build pipeline through coordinated prospecting activity.
- New Hire Onboarding - Coordinate logistics and materials for onboarding new sales team members across NYC and Baltimore: IT setup, calendar coordination, system access, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience.
- Conference & Event Support - Coordinate with the London-based Marketing team on conference planning, sponsorship logistics, attendee management, and event follow-up for key industry events (e.g., NASRA, NICSA, AIMA).
- Head of Sales Support - Provide logistical and operational support to the Global Head of Sales.
Skills and Experience
Required
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can draft a professional email and represent the team externally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Self-starter who thrives in a small-team, fast-paced environment and takes ownership without being micromanaged
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with colleagues in London
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with investment management, fund administration, or financial technology
- Experience supporting RFP or proposal processes
- Exposure to enterprise B2B sales environments
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar; strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a plus
Just some of our benefits
- Competitive salary plus performance based bonus.
- Competitive private medical insurance which includes health, dental, vision and life insurance
- A 401(K) retirement savings plan
- Holiday: 20 days holiday plus public holidays and the option to purchase an additional 5 days annual leave
- Hybrid working: We have a mature attitude towards hybrid working. Whether you’re a night owl, morning person, parent, carer or simply need flexibility to work a different pattern to the norm, we’re committed to helping you be productive and work in a way that is best for you.
- Professional learning and development: External training and accreditations are supported, as well internal training and development programs.
