LPN Finger Lakes Health Primary Care, Geneva, NY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support positive clinical outcomes.

• →Provide safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
• →Work collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
• →Monitor and assess patients and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• →Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record.
• →Protect patient privacy and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
• →Establish professional and respectful relationships with patients, families, and coworkers.
• →Promote patient dignity, safety, comfort, and well-being.
• →Provide care appropriate to the patient's age, developmental needs, and clinical condition.
• →Participate in continuing education, in-service programs, competency assessments, and other professional development activities.
• →Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication, professionalism, and role modeling.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current New York State LPN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through RQI required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Basic computer literacy.

• Previous physician office or outpatient healthcare experience.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
