Part Time Opportunity 

• →Current New York State RN license
• →Graduate of an accredited Registered Professional Nursing program
• →Experience with MDS, care planning, and reimbursement documentation
• →Knowledge of NYSDOH regulations and survey process
• →Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• →Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and teamwork
• →Computer proficiency

• BSN
• Certification in MDS and PRI
• Experience with MDS/care planning software and Microsoft Office
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

• A proactive leader with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to maintaining compliance, accuracy, and quality care
• Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented environment
