OPERATIONS SPECIALIST


As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of the full lifecycle of banking operations for corporate products, including loans, factoring, leasing, and daily banking services. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality operational support while contributing to process improvements and innovation initiatives.



What will you be doing?


  • Register new factoring, leasing, and loan agreements, including the review and analysis of special conditions and collateral requirements.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely disbursement of loans, leasing, and factoring agreements.
  • Process and manage contract amendments throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Reconcile incoming payments and ensure accurate transaction processing.
  • Ensure smooth daily account and payment operations.
  • Resolve operational issues and handle ad hoc requests.
  • Respond to client and colleague inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide support for incoming client calls and operational inquiries.
  • Manage deposit-related operations for private customers.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence, including launch & testing of new product setups and system changes.
  • Create, maintain, and improve operational procedures and work instructions, ensuring processes remain accurate, efficient, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.



What will help you succeed?


Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role within banking or fintech.


Technical Skills

  • Experience with system configuration, data input, and testing in banking platforms.


Analytical & Communication Skills

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to analyze complex operational issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical approach to tracking and documenting incidents and solutions.


Soft Skills & Culture Fit

  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills and resilience under pressure.
  • Flexible, curious, and open to cross-functional responsibilities.


Advantage

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) and Probanx Solutions or similar core banking systems.
  • Experience with corporate banking products: factoring, loans, leasing.
  • Experience with bank migrations or new product launches.
