SALES ASSISTANT

What will you be doing?

• Assisting the sales team with day-to-day activities including reviewing loan requests, assessing clients' financial status, preparing projects for the credit committee, supporting client onboarding, maintaining updated records, and administering customer data.
  
• Ensure that all customer-related documents are prepared, administered, and followed up according to the bank's internal regulations and forms.
  
• Assist other co-workers who have a direct impact on the sales administration process.
  
• Work as a team member with other units of the bank.

What will help you succeed?

• Previous experience as an assistant or sales assistant, within the fintech, financial services, or banking industry is an advantage.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  
• Accuracy, even when handling routine and repetitive tasks.
  
• Strong desire to continuously expand one's knowledge.
  
• Proficiency in Estonian and English.
  
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, might be in progress.
