Jr. Payment Operations Analyst

We are seeking for a Payments Analyst within our current staff to move up in our growing organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update the Loan System Loan Socket for current campaigns for North America and for daily
operations.
- Resolve escalations for different campaigns and operations.
- Payments updating made by clients for their respective loans in Loan Socket.
- Analyze and control the payment allocation in the loan.
- Update daily reports on modifications made for payments.
- Process the batches for the Credits and Debits of the different brands to Waterfall.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Loan Management System (Loan Socket) in the different campaigns (USA,
CANADA).
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Competent and able to follow instructions.
- Reliable and with a desire to improve.
- English level certificate.
- Preferably, knowledge in Loan’s Collection procedures.
