This position is responsible for the coordination of operations throughout the hospital on a given shift, off shifts, weekends and holidays. The person is responsible for ensuring that all standards of performance in the patient care process are met.
Essential Functions

• →Demonstrates and communicates the hospital’s core values and core processes.
• →Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure holistic patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes
• →Analyzes information, develops and implements plan of care, evaluates results and makes adjustments as needed.
• →Integrates experience and critical thinking skills to ensure safe patient care.
• →Establishes priorities among departments and adjusts accordingly when needed.
• →Assists nursing from a clinical standpoint when needed.
• →Assumes leadership role during clinical/safety codes.
  
  

What You Will Need:

• →Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• →RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
• →Minimum of two years experience as an RN, BSN preferred.
• →ACLS and PALS preferred.
• →American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS
