Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services, committed to protecting people and property. We are currently seeking a Fire Sprinkler Training Foreman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Introduce entry level employees into the fire protection industry.
Demonstrate safe, efficient, quality, and code compliant installations to new employees.
Provide training opportunities for new employees. (Wheels of Learning / State
certification)
Evaluate progress of new employees.
Innovating and result driven mentality.

Requirements

Work experience, training or education in the installation of fire sprinkler systems is a plus.
May work in a variety of business and institutions including commercial, industrial, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities.

Knowledge of foam and fire pumps is a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
