→Must be a U.S. citizen.
→Due to the nature of this work the candidate must have or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of War (DOW) Secret security clearance.
→High school diploma and 14 years of relevant experience, or
→Associates degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or
→Bachelor's degree in an un-related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or
→Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience, or
→Masters's degree in a related field and no experience
→Experience in DoD/Army acquisition logistics or a related field.
→Thorough understanding of Life Cycle Logistics regulations and policies including DoD 5000 series, AR 70-1, AR 700-127, and AR 700-142.
→Familiarity with force development documentation (MTOE/CTA) and processes. Ability to research regulations and provide actionable guidance.

Strong analytical skills to review documentation and identify policy gaps.
Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across multiple teams and with external organizations.
Experience with SharePoint.
