Accounting Associate I

• →Prepare reconciliations for loan and deposit system accounts, Federal Reserve Bank, correspondent accounts, and various other accounts as assigned. Identify and research out of balance transactions and resolve.
• →Prepare reconciliation dashboard reporting to Operations and other departments.
• →Assist the Accounting team as needed with daily, weekly or monthly duties. 
• →Provide support to management on assigned projects.
• →Verify daily Bank Control Record (BCR) reports to supporting documents to make sure all system changes were authorized and correctly changed in the system.
• →Submit 945 taxes semi-weekly.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 
• A minimum of three (3) years of accounting, bookkeeping or related experience.

• Prior banking experience.
• Associate's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
