About the Role
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, with exposure to business analysis responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in both waterfall and agile project environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions within defined boundaries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact across departments and with external vendors and clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the autonomy to manage large projects or processes with limited oversight.
- Team player with strong customer service focus and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- CAPM or equivalent and/or Scrum Master certification preferred (within 90 days of hire).
