Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of documents or reports prior to the final printing and customer distribution.

Responsibilities

→Quality checks final reports and completed documents for accuracy and completeness.
→Identifies missing information and areas requiring corrections.
→Contacts internal resource or customer to obtain required information.
→Ensures the product in in compliance with company and customer standards.
→Escalates more complex questions to supervisor or lead.

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years directly related experience
Proficient PC skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of customer compliance requirements.

Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, Remote

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
