We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute Credit Head to lead and transform credit risk management across multiple markets. This strategic leadership role is responsible for safeguarding portfolio quality, strengthening credit governance, and enabling sustainable business growth through sound risk decision-making.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will translate group credit strategy into market-relevant frameworks, oversee complex credit exposures, guide country credit leaders, and influence critical business decisions across diverse jurisdictions. You will champion innovation, data-driven credit practices, regulatory excellence, and the development of high-performing credit teams.

Lead country credit strategy, governance, and risk oversight.
Optimise portfolio performance while balancing risk and growth objectives.
Drive credit policy harmonisation and regulatory compliance across markets.
Influence business, product, and market expansion decisions through expert risk insight.
Develop future-fit credit capabilities, technology adoption, and operational excellence.
Build and mentor high-performing credit leadership teams across the country.

A seasoned credit executive with extensive experience in banking or financial services with proven success managing large and complex credit portfolios, and a
Strong track record of leading diverse teams across multiple markets.
Have exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, regulatory acumen, and leadership capability.
Honours Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Banking, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification (MBA, Master's Degree or equivalent) preferred.
Professional credit or risk certifications will be advantageous (e.g., Chartered Banker, FRM, CFA or equivalent)
Strong understanding of credit risk modelling, portfolio management, and regulatory frameworks.
8–10 years in Credit Risk, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Risk Management in a similar environment (Banking or Financial Industry)
