Process Automation Controller

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Understanding of business process automation concepts.
• Experience in application support, IT operations, or production support environments.
• Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, and log analysis is advantageous.
Skills and Experience
• RPA Development (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.)
• Programming languages such as:
- C#
- Python
- VB.NET
- Java
• SQL and database management
• API integration (REST/SOAP)
• Excel automation and data processing
• Web automation and desktop automation
• Exception handling and logging
• Process orchestration and scheduling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL or service management practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
