Job Description To ensure the accurate, efficient, and risk‑aligned implementation of transactions from deal approval through to execution. The role acts as the anchor between Front Office, Risk,
- Interpret and operationalise legal agreements, facility documentation, and transaction terms.
- Analyse transaction structures and validate operational feasibility and implementation requirements.
- Book and configure transactions, facilities, and related structures within operational systems.
- Create and maintain transaction records, portfolios, account structures, and supporting workflow activities.
- Draft and maintain amortisation schedules and other implementation-related transaction models.
- Ensure fees, limits, collateral linkages, and facility information are accurately reflected within systems.
- Support the implementation of complex and bespoke transaction structures.
- Monitor and resolve transaction setup issues to ensure successful implementation.
- Organise, maintain, and manage transaction documentation in accordance with governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Execute ongoing transaction maintenance activities throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Monitor facility changes, amendments, renewals, expiries, and account structure updates.
- Prepare and process transaction notifications, client communications, and operational instructions.
- Maintain accurate transaction data and records across systems.
- Support the administration of non-standard and structured transactions.
- Ensure transaction information remains complete, accurate, and aligned to legal and credit requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and client setup requirements.
- Support AML, KYC, and client due diligence processes and ensure required documentation is obtained, validated, and maintained.
- Support credit administration activities, including approvals, limits, collateral, and facility documentation requirements.
- Validate transaction information and ensure accurate system capture.
- Engage with clients, Front Office, Credit, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to support successful transaction implementation.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to resolve transaction, documentation, onboarding, and implementation issues.
- Participate in initiatives, projects, system enhancements, and process improvement activities.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
