Responsibilities

- →Collect and review borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.)
- →Communicate with borrowers to request missing information
- →Enter and update data in the Loan Origination System (LOS)
- →Monitor loan files to ensure completeness before processing
- →Coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies, and appraisers
- →Track deadlines and maintain accurate documentation
- →Provide exceptional service from application through closing
- 1+ year of experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Nice to Have
