Maintain employment and confidential files to ensure organization, compliance and confidentiality.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding and all employee life cycle activities as needed.
Maintain system data input in LMS and Performance Management systems.
Develop, implement and enforce department processes, policies, and procedures.
Provide recommendations to improve process efficiency where able.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and stay up-to-date with changes.
Handle employment-related inquiries from pre/post hires, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and/or operational support in a high speed People team working environment,
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organization development or related field or equivalent experience
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or equivalent is a plus
Proficiency in multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, culture, learning and development, performance management, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and federal and state respective employment laws is a plus
Experience coordinating large-scale corporate events or communications (e.g., all hands meetings, town halls, fireside chats) is a plus
Comfort utilizing AI tools and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day work is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building and interpreting survey or engagement data is a plus
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
High integrity, must be objective and exercise confidentiality and discretion.
