• Previous bar or restaurant experience is welcomed but not required. Our hands-on training program will give you the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
• You are dependable, energetic, and eager to learn more about hospitality, beverage service, and bar operations.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoy staying active while anticipating what the team needs.
• You have a strong work ethic and take pride in keeping your workspace clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• You understand that great hospitality is a team effort and are excited to support bartenders, servers, and fellow team members in creating a memorable guest experience.
• You communicate clearly, respond well to direction, and remain flexible as priorities shift throughout the shift.
• You are able to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry between 10 and 75 pounds.
  

• Support the bartending team in delivering a welcoming, polished, and efficient guest experience.
• Prepare the bar for service by stocking spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other essential supplies.
• Monitor supplies throughout the shift and proactively restock items so bartenders can remain focused on guests and drink preparation.
• Assist bartenders and servers with the timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables and bar areas to maintain an inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Collect, wash, polish, and organize glassware while keeping bar stations and service areas clean, safe, and orderly.
• Learn our food and beverage menus, including key ingredients and signature offerings, to better support the team.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities while following all sanitation, workplace safety, and employee conduct standards.
