El Reclutador DL estará ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus Norte.

Reportando al Recruiting Lead, el reclutador será responsable de una variedad de actividades de reclutamiento para asegurar que el proceso de atracción de talento de la organización sea eficiente, efectivo y equitativo.

• Licenciatura concluida en Administración o carreras afines al área de Recursos Humanos.
• Disponibilidad de horario
• Conocimientos avanzados en Microsoft Office y manejo avanzado de Outlook.
• Experiencia preferente en redes sociales y bolsas de trabajo (OCC, Indeed, etc).
• Experiencia en perfiles operativos (almacenistas, producción, técnicos, etc).
• Experiencia en reclutamiento masivo y manejo de grupos grandes de candidatos.
