✓Handle MICE Airline team and Carrying good relationship with all the airlines

✓Handle end-to-end group ticketing for MICE travel, including fare negotiation, seat confirmation, PNR creation, issuance, and reissuance for domestic and international travel.

✓Liaise with internal MICE sales teams to understand travel requirements and provide suitable flight options and quotations.

✓Secure group fares, block seats, and manage deadlines in line with airline policies and event schedules.

✓Coordinate with GDS systems (Amadeus) to build and manage group PNRs efficiently.

✓Ensure accurate ticket issuance, including names, dates, passport details (for international travel), and special service requests (e.g., meal preferences, wheelchairs).

✓Monitor changes to group sizes, itinerary modifications, or cancellations and process rebookings or refunds accordingly.

✓Manage visa support letters, baggage allowances, travel insurance coordination, and related documentation for group travelers.

✓Work closely with ground operations, airport staff, and logistics teams for smooth handling of group check-ins and departures.

✓Generate group travel reports, reconciliations, and support the finance team with billing and invoicing.

✓Support post-event travel review, client feedback, and travel issue resolution

Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma in Travel & Tourism or Airline Ticketing is preferred.

7+ years of experience in travel agency group Contracting, Ticketing. (Team Handling preferable)
Prior experience in MICE operations or handling corporate group travel is a strong advantage.

Expertise in GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) for group bookings.
Strong negotiation skills for group fare and inventory management.
Strong relation in Regional Airline offices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
Proficient in MS Excel and travel reporting.
Knowledge of visa and travel documentation for major global destinations.
Familiarity with international and domestic airline fare rules and group ticketing policies

May involve extended hours and coordination across multiple time zones.
Domestic or international travel may be required during major MICE events.
Availability during weekends or late evenings during peak event seasons
