The Product Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in enabling product teams to operate at their best. In this role, you’ll take ownership of intake, triage, capacity allocation, and incident coordination across multiple squads, ensuring work flows efficiently and stakeholders stay informed. You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, helping turn complex, often ambiguous requests into clear problem statements that squads can action.

Day to day:

Act as the first point of contact for business requests, small work initiatives, and selected opportunities across multiple squads
Partner with a Product Analyst to clarify requests, define problem statements, and ensure work is ready for squad engagement
Assess squad capacity and make informed decisions on whether work should proceed, working closely with Squad Leads to balance roadmap commitments and operational demands
Maintain visibility of intake pipelines, capacity utilisation, and work status while providing stakeholders with clear and timely updates
Coordinate incident responses and customer escalations, bringing together the right people to drive efficient resolution and communication
Lead post-incident reviews, ensure follow-up actions are implemented, and continuously improve intake, triage, and delivery processes

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

Experience in a delivery, program, or product operations role spanning multiple teams or squads
Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge and clarify requests from senior stakeholders
Experience coordinating incident response and customer escalations in a live operational environment
Familiarity with agile delivery practices and capacity planning across multiple teams
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate without formal authority
Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams and multiple stakeholders
