Job Summary

We are looking for a Tailor-Made Travel Sales Intern to join our team in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the travel industry while supporting the delivery of exceptional tailor-made travel experiences. You will work closely with experienced travel professionals and develop valuable skills in sales support, booking management, and customer service.

About the Opportunity

As a member of the Discova Tailor-Made Support team, you will support our Tailor-Made Experts in managing bookings, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and rewarding travel environment.

Your main responsibility is:

Support booking administration, including data entry, itinerary checks, and confirmation documentation.
Ensure booking components are accurately confirmed with Operations and Reservations teams.
Assist with hotel availability checks and booking confirmations for ad hoc and group enquiries.
Coordinate and follow up with internal departments and suppliers to support smooth delivery of travel arrangements.
Prepare booking confirmations and other travel documentation as required.
Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support throughout the sales process.

About You:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
Interest in travel, tourism, and customer service.
