Intern - Service Engineering

The Service Engineering Intern will support the Maritime Service Engineering team in the maintenance, configuration, and support of ECDIS and related maritime navigation systems. This internship provides hands-on exposure to marine technology, customer support, and vessel operations while developing practical engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ECDIS software updates, testing, and documentation.
• Support the preparation of technical reports and service records.
• Help the team troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Assist with customer support activities and internal projects.
• Support data management, system configuration, and quality checks.
• Participate in training and learn about maritime navigation systems and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marine Engineering, Marine Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Nautical Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in maritime technology and navigation systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
