• →Act as the primary quality representative for assigned programs and customers.
• →Review customer and contractual quality requirements and ensure compliance throughout program execution.
• →Support customer meetings, program reviews, inspections, and readiness activities.
• →Prepare and review customer quality deliverables, including End Item Data Packages, Certificates of Conformance, First Article Inspection documentation, and acceptance records.
• →Manage nonconforming material and participate in Material Review Board activities.
• →Lead or support root cause investigations and corrective action efforts.
• →Analyze quality data and identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• →Support internal, customer, and external audits.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, compliance, and manufacturing performance.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail – required
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements – required
• Experience managing nonconforming material and corrective actions – required
• Experience reviewing technical documentation and customer deliverables – required
• Quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related experience (3+ years) – required
• Aerospace, defense, semiconductor, microelectronics, optics, or other high-reliability manufacturing experience – preferred
• AS9100 Quality Management System experience – preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field – required
