Quality Assurance Manager

• →Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
• →Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and improvements.
• →Oversee audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• →Validate quality processes, documentation, and performance metrics.
• →Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership on new product and process initiatives.
• →Manage and coach quality team members, ensuring accountability and growth.
• →Prepare and analyze quality documentation, reports, and trends.
• →Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and import/export requirements.
• →Stay current on quality trends and best practices.

• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills — required.
• Ability to manage complex issues and drive decisions — required.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or technical environment — required.
• Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, Lean, or Six Sigma principles — advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems — advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field — required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination — required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance — required.
