What You'll Do

You'll be the face of the customer's flooring project — meeting homeowners in their space, understanding their vision and budget, and guiding them to the flooring solution that fits both. You'll work both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities, using your expertise and consultative approach to close with confidence.

What You Bring

3–5+ years of in-home/outside flooring sales experience
A hunter's mentality paired with strong relationship-building instincts
Sharp communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Comfort presenting and speaking with confidence in front of clients
Self-motivation, coachability, and a competitive drive
Comfort with basic sales tracking/reporting tools
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Availability for evening and weekend appointments
