Bilingual Outside Sales Representative – In-Home Sales

Maytag Water Treatment Systems is expanding throughout the Tampa Bay market, and we're looking for experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) In-Home Sales Representatives who know how to connect with homeowners, deliver a strong presentation, and close.

This is a commission-only opportunity with no base salary, designed for sales professionals who want high commissions, uncapped earning potential, consistent opportunities, and a fast 7–10 day pay cycle.

Representatives must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling throughout their assigned territory.

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• In-home or outside sales experience strongly preferred
• High-ticket closing experience is a major plus
• Strong presentation and closing skills
• Confident handling objections face-to-face
• Competitive and motivated by commission
• Self-motivated and able to manage a territory
• Reliable personal transportation
• Valid driver's license

Experience in water treatment, solar, roofing, HVAC, windows & doors, remodeling, pest control, security, home improvement, automotive, insurance, or other high-ticket sales translates extremely well into this opportunity.
