- Lead day-to-day site oversight as the developer’s representative.
- Onboard contractors suitable for the development in close coordination with management.
- Monitor and challenge contractor progress, productivity, sequencing, and resourcing.
- Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, mock-ups, QA/QC standards, and brand guidelines.
- Review and approve construction methodologies, temporary works, shop drawings, and materials.
- Lead site coordination across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Façade, Interior Design, Landscape, Infrastructure, and any other required disciplines.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
- Review claims, variations, extension-of-time requests, and commercial impacts.
- Inspect and approve mock-ups, samples, prototypes, and material tests in close coordination with the design team and client representatives.
- Escalate risks, delays, defects, and non-compliance, ensuring immediate corrective action.
- Drive commissioning, testing, snagging, and final handover readiness for operator takeover.
- Maintain complete site reporting and interface with Project management, Design, Procurement, and Operations teams
- On-ground leadership ensuring the project is executed in accordance with design, specifications, and brand standards.
- Relentless follow-up with contractors and stakeholders to maintain productivity and schedule.
- Zero compromise on safety—strict enforcement of HSE policies.
- A quality-first approach, with immediate rejection of poor workmanship.
- Full clarity on construction sequencing, logistics, and risk exposure.
- Early identification of delays, with formalized mitigation actions.
- Commercial discipline—accurate assessment of variations, claims, and extension-of-time requests.
- Technical accuracy—materials, shop drawings, and construction methods must meet design intent.
- Smooth commissioning and handover, with minimal snags.
- Clear, factual site reporting—no assumptions or unverified information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Min: 15+ Years.
- Autodesk Revit.
- AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and LOD specifications.
- Primavera.
- MS Project.
- Relevant ERP systems.
- Microsoft Office Excel.
- Adobe Creative Suite.
- Microsoft Office Exce.
