Product Line Manager - Jaw & Cone Crushing

An exciting opportunity exists for someone who Is passionate about Crushing Industry within the mining sector. This newly created position is focused on supporting our Jaw & Cone crusher business. The role will have the ability to influence our future development along with working closely with both our product group & global teams.

You will become a member of the Crushing business unit, reporting to the global product line manager of Compact crushers.

Details About The Position And The Requirements To Be Considered For The Role Are:

• →Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and customers
• →Conduct site visits and support the business in converting opportunities
• →Act as the subject matter expert for product performance, field applications, and value optimization.
• →Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve product designs, machine performance, and operational efficiency.
• →Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment and components.
• →Assist Procurement and Engineering with supplier qualification, vendor development, and technical evaluations.
• →Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support R&D projects, and contribute to product portfolio development and quality standards.
• →Identifies Sales support needs for the regions including training, sales materials etc.

• Jaw & Cone crusher technical & applications knowledge specifically in aggregate applications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proven success in a technical, product support, or engineering-focused role within mining, heavy industry, or industrial equipment environments.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams in a technical support capacity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical training and influence stakeholders globally.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.

Annual gross salary range: 290.000 RON - 390.000 RON
