Kodland is an international online platform for kids and teens from 5 to 17 years old. We teach programming, other digital skills and must-have computer knowledge. The company started in 2018 and was scaling quickly during these years. Now we operate in 14 countries and have more than 2000 employees.
Our courses' syllabuses are developed by teachers with extensive professional experience in Computer Science and are taught by qualified instructors. Our mission is to shape a future where children grow up logically, knowledgeably, and technologically adept.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →5–8+ years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing in US markets, including 2–3+ years managing a team
- →Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale ($5M+ annual spend managed directly or via a team)
- →Proven track record of building systems (playbooks, automation, testing frameworks)
- →Strong analytical skills: confident with CAC/LTV models, ROI targets, cohort analysis, and incrementality
- →Experience managing multi-market / multi-geo paid acquisition setups
