Responsibilities
~1 min read- →You will be the main point of contact to your list of clients. Customer requests will come in at varying hours. Jet Charter Sales Executives must remain available on-demand;
- →Generate new business leads through business development strategies, ie. networking, telephone and email communication, marketing campaigns, and other sales channels;
- →Manage, negotiate and close customer inquiries for private jet charter use;
- →Provide exemplary customer service and ensure a smooth booking and travel experience for clients;
- →Coordinate all details of your customer’s charter flights, with the various parties involved;
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers; to deliver fast and reliable customer service to your clients;
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales data, and provide regular reports to management;
- →Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and offerings;
- →Educate clients on the benefits of our private jet charter services.
- Internal drive and determination to succeed;
- Outstanding written and oral communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Killer service skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
- Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in aviation and chartering industries, an asset.
